Responsible for social media management, content strategy, and content creation at (https://www.kindercare.com/) including their other B2C brand, Champions, and B2B channels for Champions and KinderCare Learning Companies for Employers. I developed project campaigns from concept to completion, which included developing the content concepts, writing the design briefs with specific direction for the creative team, staging the areas, creating the shot lists and storyboards, filming the content, directing the video editing and social copy process, developing the content calendar and posting schedules, posting the content, maintaining community management, and presenting post analytics to shareholders. The campaigns resulted in successful brand conversions and increased community engagement.
