About the Project
Ubuntu Moves is a wellness brand rooted in the African philosophy “I am because we are.” Built around movement, connection, and shared humanity, the brand brings a community-centered perspective to personal practice.
The project focused on expressing that philosophy through a distinctive visual identity and a custom Framer website that feels warm, grounded, and full of life.
The Approach
The creative direction balances natural warmth with a bold, expressive presence. Earthy browns, olive, and clay orange sit alongside softer shades of sky blue, ochre, and ivory, creating a palette with both depth and optimism. Bold typography gives the brand confidence, while organic patterns introduce rhythm and movement across the identity.
The custom Framer website carries this visual language into a digital experience, connecting the products with the philosophy behind them. The design brings storytelling and product discovery together, inviting visitors into the wider world of Ubuntu Moves.
The Outcome
A cohesive brand experience that gives Ubuntu Moves a recognizable presence across physical and digital spaces.
The identity feels grounded yet energetic, balancing the calm of individual practice with the warmth of community.
Together, the visual identity and website express a simple belief: movement can be personal while connecting us to something greater.
