Option Estates, a prominent real estate company in Cyprus, approached me to revamp their digital presence and improve user experience. The project involved a complete redesign of their main website, as well as the creation of a dedicated landing page for their exclusive high-end properties. The goal was to modernize their online platform, making it more visually appealing, user-friendly, and optimized for lead generation.

The first step was to give the Option Estates website a fresh, contemporary look. I worked on enhancing the site’s visual appeal by using clean lines, modern typography, and a sophisticated color palette that resonates with their brand and target audience. The redesign aimed to create a sleek, professional platform that instills trust and reflects the high quality of their real estate offerings.

The redesign focused heavily on improving the user experience. I streamlined the site’s navigation to ensure that potential clients could easily explore the wide range of properties available. In addition to the main website, I developed a specialized landing page for Option Estates’ exclusive properties. This landing page was designed with luxury real estate clients in mind, featuring high-resolution imagery, detailed property descriptions, and interactive elements that showcase the unique selling points of these prestigious listings.

The landing page was built to be a high-conversion platform, with strategically placed calls to action and easy-to-use contact forms, allowing potential buyers to quickly inquire about the properties. The entire design process was carried out in Figma, allowing for efficient collaboration and revisions. Once the designs were approved, I developed the site using WordPress, a flexible content management system that allows the Option Estates team to easily update property listings and content. The website was built to be fully responsive, fast, and optimized for search engines (SEO), ensuring that it reaches a wider audience.

The result is a sleek, professional website and a high-converting landing page that significantly improved Option Estates' online presence.
