Designed a scalable fest experience serving 18,000 attendees, driving 1,000+ Play Store installs and processing ₹15 lakh in transactions. From mobile ticketing to an organised event catalogue, every decision focused on reducing queues, simplifying discovery, and creating a reusable system for future teams.

The real product wasn’t this year’s app. It was a framework that could survive next year’s theme, next year’s team, and next year’s deadlines without needing to be redesigned from scratch.

Designed the Festember app to make discovering events, booking tickets, and completing payments effortless. A clean, neutral interface keeps the experience consistent year after year, while familiar navigation helps attendees find what they need and book tickets without unnecessary steps.
