The main issue was that users are missing important notifications due to their lack of permission for push notifications. This could result in missed payment confirmation, transactions and security information, as well as missed promotional campaigns from merchant users. To address this issue, I need to come up with a solution that encourages more users to enable push notifications without compromising their privacy or security.

I was responsible for carrying out market competition studies, brainstorming innovative approaches, devising user journeys, crafting low-detail wireframes, UI mockups, and an engaging prototype.

By defining design elements such as color palettes, typography, and iconography, I ensured a consistent visual experience. These efforts resulted in a seamless user experience that delights users and elevates the app to new heights.
