My Process

Started with high-resolution interior and exterior photos of the property covering key selling points: open-plan living, floor-to-ceiling windows, kitchen finishes, master suite, terrace views, and amenities

Generated AI video sequences with slow, gliding camera movement that mimics a Steadicam walkthrough, giving the viewer the feeling of physically moving through the space

Sequenced the tour to follow a natural buyer journey: exterior approach, grand entrance, living areas, kitchen, master suite, bathroom, terrace/views, and closing aerial shot

Used warm, golden-hour lighting across interior scenes to make every room feel inviting and lived-in rather than cold and staged

Added subtle environmental motion (curtains drifting, light shifting across marble surfaces, water in the pool) to bring the static photos to life

Finished with elegant text overlays for key property details (bedrooms, bathrooms, square footage, location) and agent contact CTA with a refined, minimal soundtrack
