In a close collaboration with After Birth London, we created a new brand empowering new mothers through their postpartum journey. From ideation to launch, we developed a comprehensive brand strategy, identity, and creative direction, followed by designing and developing a Webflow website. The launch resonated strongly with the target audience, establishing a vibrant community for postpartum care.

After Birth London is a community-driven brand dedicated to supporting new mothers with curated postpartum care products, expert content, and an inclusive platform. The client sought to build a brand from scratch that feels authentic, empowering, and accessible. Through an ongoing, hands-on collaboration, we laid the foundation for a business that connects and uplifts its audience, addressing the unique challenges of postpartum recovery.

As the sole designer and strategist, I worked intimately with After Birth London to shape every aspect of the brand. My contributions included:

Conducting a deep dive with the client to define the brand’s vision, values, and audience, resulting in a robust brand strategy that emphasizes empowerment and community.

Designing a cohesive brand identity, including logo, color palette, typography, and visual elements, to convey warmth, trust, and modernity.

Providing creative direction to ensure consistency across all touchpoints, aligning visuals and messaging with the brand’s mission to support new mothers.

Designing and developing a responsive Webflow website from the ground up, creating an intuitive, user-centric platform to showcase products, content, and community engagement.

This collaboration is on-going with lots more to come, featuring marketing, e-commerce, packaging and product design and development.

The project began with an in-depth discovery phase, where we explored the client’s goals and the needs of new mothers, ensuring the brand felt personal and impactful. I iterated on brand concepts through close feedback loops, refining the identity to resonate emotionally. For the Webflow site, I prioritized a beautiful, premium and seamless user experience, incorporating clean design and easy navigation to bring an enjoyable experience for the mothers out there.
