Translated the CEO’s vision into a formal product strategy / roadmap with an ahead-of-its-time focus on curated content, a telco-optimized business model, a local approach to emerging markets, and a pre-pay offering. Launched MVP within 9 months.
Standardizing processes across the development continuum (e.g., ideation, requirements analysis, design, testing, deployment / integration) and implementing a regular cadence of status meetings. Work was key in achieving a 60% efficiency improvement.
Created a pop-up retail experience to give customers an in-person, premium opportunity to customize their mobile devices.
Delivered 40% lift in brand affinity and 60% increase in brand visibility by leading creative services teams / partners in the production of market-specific print and experiential marketing campaigns.
