This project is for my finals at university. World Cruise Academy Jakarta (WCA Jakarta) is a place for students who want to continue their careers on cruise ships. My role:

Conduct user research to find pain points of the application

Revamped WCA Jakarta's branding and design system

Brainstorm and iterate multiple solutions

Create a prototype for usability testing

I conducted an online survey toThe WCA Jakarta website serves two essential purposes: providing information about WCA Jakarta itself and inviting students to join. To gather valuable insights and improve user experience. This helped me better understand user preferences and identify any issues with the website. Additionally, a usability test highlighted areas needing improvement, ensuring a user-friendly website.

The target for re-designed WCA Jakarta is for prospective students who want to enter the world of work at sea by cruise ship.
