But there is a clear trend worth paying attention to. By 2030, the fastest-growing skills won’t be only AI or big data. According to the WEF, the leaders are: β€’ Analytical thinking β€’ Resilience β€’ Lifelong learning This tells us that competition is shifting from technology itself to human capability. In a world where tools evolve every quarter, our real competitive advantage is not the tool - It’s the ability to think. Resilience is the one of very important skill for me. One habit I use to train it: 120 pushups every day Two sets: 80 + 40. Today is day 294. Planning to keep going until I stop counting For now, I’m still crossing off the days on a piece of paper like a prisoner marking the wall.
