Halloween 2024 · SeaWorld Abu Dhabi
Commissioned by a Dubai-based fashion house for SeaWorld Abu Dhabi's Halloween 2024 entertainment programme, this project focused on designing a production-ready fantasy costume inspired by jellyfish and coral reef ecosystems. The project combined digital textile design, 3D garment development, and technical costume construction to create an immersive character for live performances.

The Challenge
The costume needed to evoke the illusion of a floating underwater creature while remaining lightweight, comfortable, and durable for daily performances. The design required balancing theatrical aesthetics with practical construction, mobility, and production feasibility.
Surface Pattern & Colour Development
Developing custom digital textile prints based on underwater textures for sublimation production.
3D Garment Visualization & Analysis
Built and refined the costume in CLO3D through garment simulation, material testing, and fit evaluation.
