Background –
Prior to 2020, client projects were managed using a combination of Jira and spreadsheets
Required lot of manual intervention by ShopRunner team members
Objective –
Reduce onboarding/project time/effort, which would increase revenue (pay started when projects complete) and client satisfaction
My Contribution –
Project Sponsor, Project Manager, Business Analyst, Admin
Project-managed a proof of concept (POC) client project in Smartsheet to demonstrate benefits
Documented issues with Smartsheet and evaluated additional options, including Jira, Smartsheet, Wrike, ClickUp, Monday, and more
Proposed and got approval to purchase Wrike
Project-managed initial setup of Wrike for templated projects and usage by the client projects team
Outcomes –
After one year, 50% reduction in project time (time to value/launch), which equated to 10% increase in revenue

Primarily solo, including doing configuration/setup, until Wrike selected, then 5 users
