Reclama Smart: Getting your money back has never been so easy.
Along with a team of 13 people I had the honor to collaborate as an UX/UI Designer, to develop a responsive website for Reclama Smart, a lawyers group from Peru.
With my team of UX designers, we conducted extensive research on user needs, preferences, and market trends to inform the development of highly functional and aesthetically pleasing products.
Our goal was to create a modern, innovative, and user-friendly website for ReclamaSmart, focused on streamlining the claims process for consumers.
In addition, we seeked to establish transparency and flexibility by linking remuneration to the success of the process, backed by Reclama Smart's strong legal and strategic knowledge.
