Project Overview

A premium pool care website designed for homeowners who want their pools maintained without having to think about the technical details behind them.
The goal was to move pool maintenance away from the typical cleaning-service look and create a digital experience that feels more refined, trustworthy, and effortless. The website brings together pool maintenance, water chemistry, equipment care, and service scheduling in one clear experience.

The Challenge

Pool care can quickly feel technical and overwhelming. Customers do not necessarily want to understand every chemical reading, equipment check, or maintenance task. They simply want to know that their pool is clean, healthy, and being looked after properly.
The challenge was to communicate that expertise without making the website feel complicated.

The Design Approach

I created a clean, premium interface built around deep navy, soft neutrals, and pool-inspired teal tones.
The homepage uses large pool imagery to immediately establish the quality of the service, while concise messaging explains the value without overwhelming the visitor.
The supporting screens extend the same visual system into practical areas such as:
Maintenance programs
Water chemistry monitoring
Equipment checks
Service scheduling
Pool care packages
This creates consistency between the marketing website and the operational side of the service.

Key Design Decisions

Premium without feeling complicated The visual language was kept sophisticated but approachable, making the service feel high-end without becoming intimidating.
Clear service structure Maintenance, water chemistry, and equipment care are separated into understandable categories so visitors can quickly see what is included.
Trust through transparency Rather than relying only on marketing statements, the interface uses real service information and monitoring details to communicate expertise.
Designed for future growth The system was structured so additional services, maintenance plans, booking functionality, and customer-facing tools could be added without changing the overall visual language.
One consistent design system The website, maintenance interface, and water-chemistry dashboard share the same typography, spacing, colors, iconography, cards, and interaction patterns, making the entire product feel like one brand rather than three separate screens.
