Elite Infosoft is a well established IT and Software consulting and solutions company based in Pune,India. They had been working on a new feedback and communication platform for organizations to use to collect data from their clients and customers. To help their marketing efforts and to better explain the use and the process, they wanted me to prepare a short explainer video.

It should explain the entire user journey and the ease-of-use of the platform while also highlighting it's key benefits. After going over the user journey and the various added functionalities with the team at Elite Infosoft, i came up with the initial voice over to be finalized and a rough cut of the storyboard.

After working and polishing of the video for about 2 weeks, I completed the explainer video. It conveyed the easy use of the platform along with main features and the user journeys. The team were happy with what they saw and signed off on it very quickly.
