BlendEdu operates in the education sector, focusing on enhancing diversity within large companies through targeted consultancy services. I developed a comprehensive questionnaire application designed to map diversity among employees. This tool is integral to BlendEdu's consulting process, enabling them to gather critical data and propose actionable improvements to foster a more inclusive workplace environment. The application is structured as a three-way marketplace involving BlendEdu, Managers, and Employees, providing each group with a tailored experience and detailed reporting capabilities.
The development process included creating a managerial dashboard that offers in-depth insights and analytics based on the questionnaire results. This dashboard allows managers to understand diversity metrics and identify areas for improvement. Employees complete the questionnaire through a user-friendly interface, ensuring high participation and accurate data collection. The application also features an administrative platform for BlendEdu to manage the entire process, generate reports, and deliver personalized recommendations to their clients.
By integrating these features, the application not only streamlines the data collection process but also enhances the overall effectiveness of BlendEdu's consultancy services. It empowers companies to take informed actions towards increasing diversity and inclusion, ultimately contributing to a more equitable workplace.
