Achievements

Product achievements in collaboration with the tech team. The objective of these was to increase the number of core interactions in our platform and as a consequence increase GMV.

Beacons

Beacon in product to announce small releases with no code tool "Userflow". After conducting an analysis on all the communication channels we had with our users. This was the one who proved to be the most efficient one to inform about new releases.

Promotional video and tips

Promotional video created with stakeholders from the content marketing team and Tips and FAQ created with the support team. The objective was to boost the adoption of this new feature. Our hypothesis was that creators would struggle with the items to be auctioned so we created a video and written materials to help them along the journey
