Brewla is an online shopping platform for selling various vape products. As an online Vape Store, Brewla is required to be a solution for vape enthusiasts who want to find and buy products instantly without having to go to an offline store.
My Role

On early stages of research we found that 6/10 of users are worried to wasting time visiting offline stores because the products they are looking for are often limited and out of stock. 2 of them were lazy to face the crowded and busy offline store. The remaining 2 do not have enough time to visit offline store.
On a different side, we found that 5/10 of users are worried about getting products through online stores because they often get below expectations. 3 of them who are new vape enthusiasts have difficulty choosing the right product due to lack of information and product references.

Putting the quick search box in the top center position: how we keep users focused on finding products instantly
Quick search box allows users to perform searches instantly by filters. On the other hand, we provide several recommendations to driven users making purchase order decisions quickly.
New vape enthusiast always addicted and curious. Sometimes, Most of them visit online store even when they don't have a product to go to.

Purchase Order
Cart validation help users to make effective and efficient purchasing decission
We know that 5/10 of users want details and the remaining 5 want a short purchase flow.
Product Availability
In this section, Availability Notice Button allows users to get product availability alerts when the product already released. but if that doesn't work, similar products can be an alternative option.
Most of vape enthusiasts are loyal to using certain products. some of them are willing to wait, but not without certainty
