UX Researcher at FF Inventory

I started by asking a lot of questions about who their target audience is, How are they actually helping businesses, who their competitors are. Once I had all of those, I started exploring their software and the competitors to find room for improvements and how could we serve better. I created wireframes and Designs in Adobe XD to share what we could potentially do. During all this, I was always in touch with the Product manager and Front End Developer making sure our vision is aligned and the changes I proposed made sense and can be deployed.
