FreeTrack Project Management Tool

Project Description FreeTrack is a project management tool for freelancers to keep track of projects, clients, and payments. The goal is simple: remove the chaos from freelance work and give people a clear way to see what they’re working on and what they’re earning. The app was built using AI-assisted workflows with Lovable and Google Antigravity.

Objective The goal was to give freelancers a simple way to stay organized. Projects, clients, and payments are all tracked in one place so progress and income are always clear.

Platform Structure FreeTrack focuses on three core areas: projects, clients, and payments. Freelancers can log projects, associate them with clients, and track payments tied to those projects. Everything is connected so users can see how work and income relate.

Project Tracking Projects are the center of the system. Freelancers can log projects and update progress in two ways depending on the type of work. Some projects are tracked by hours, while others are tracked by payment progress. This makes the system flexible enough for different freelance workflows.

Payments and Clients Payments are linked directly to projects so freelancers can log when they get paid and track their earnings. Clients are stored alongside projects, giving users a clear record of who they work with and what work was done.

UX and Design The interface uses a light theme with a clean layout. The platform is desktop-first but fully responsive on mobile. The focus is on clarity so freelancers can quickly log and review their work.

Final Outcome FreeTrack gives freelancers a clear view of their work, clients, and income. Instead of scattered notes or spreadsheets, everything is logged in one place. The result is a simple system that helps freelancers stay organized.
