Restaurant Menu

Wicked Tuna came to me looking for a refreshed menu that reflected their bold, coastal brand and high-end seafood offerings. They wanted something that not only showcased their raw bar, sushi, and signature entrees—but also captured the attitude and flair of their waterfront dining experience.

I started by reviewing their existing menu and aligning with their team on goals: punchier descriptions, a clearer layout for quick reads, and storytelling that would resonate with both tourists and loyal locals. I rewrote all copy to highlight the freshness of their ingredients, layered in regional touches, and added personality without sacrificing clarity.

The final result was a modern, visually digestible menu with elevated dish descriptions, reorganized sections, and a consistent tone that felt high-end but still approachable. It’s now used across their print, digital, and in-restaurant materials—and has helped create a stronger, more memorable brand experience for every diner who picks it up.
