From Static to Dynamic: A Bold Website Transformation

Delphyr – Website Redesign Case Study

A bold reimagining of a modern AI startup's online presence

🚩 The Challenge

Delphyr is an AI-powered tech company building powerful tools to help businesses automate and optimize operations. Their previous website, while functional, lacked the brand impact, clarity, and storytelling needed to communicate their innovative nature. The layout was basic, typography inconsistent, and the overall experience didn’t reflect the cutting-edge solutions they offer.
The site felt static, with limited interactivity, unclear messaging, and an outdated visual identity that didn’t resonate with their target audience — startups, enterprise clients, and tech partners.

🔍 The Audit – What Wasn’t Working

Before the redesign, several issues were holding the brand back:
Visual Identity Misalignment: The old site used generic fonts, basic colors, and lacked hierarchy, making it feel too templated for an innovative tech company.
Low Engagement: Visitors had little reason to explore — no motion, limited storytelling, and minimal interactivity.
Poor Structure: Navigation wasn’t intuitive, and key value props were buried or unclear.
Not Mobile-Optimized: The mobile version felt like an afterthought, with layout inconsistencies and hard-to-read sections.
No Emotional Hook: The site didn’t convey Delphyr’s mission, vibe, or edge.

🎯 Goals of the Redesign

The redesign wasn’t just a visual upgrade — it was a complete repositioning. We focused on:
Aligning the visual direction with the brand’s vision
Creating an immersive and interactive experience
Showcasing credibility and clarity in communication
Improving mobile responsiveness and performance
Making it easy for potential partners and clients to navigate, understand, and convert

✨ Design Transformation Highlights

The new Delphyr site was built entirely in Framer, allowing for rapid prototyping, clean animations, and a highly polished final result. Here’s what changed:
🔹 Modern, Cohesive Aesthetic
We introduced a refined visual language — clean typography, bold contrast, and a structured grid system. The color palette is minimalist with strategic use of accent colors for hierarchy and energy.
🔹 Hero With Impact
The homepage now opens with a powerful statement and dynamic visuals that immediately establish Delphyr’s tone — confident, modern, and AI-driven.
🔹 Smooth, Purposeful Animations
Micro-interactions and scroll-based animations give the site depth without overwhelming the user. Everything feels alive and thoughtful.
🔹 Clear Narrative
Each section flows like a story — from problem to solution, with clear CTAs guiding users toward taking action.
🔹 Trust Signals
Logos, testimonials, and key numbers are presented in a clean, digestible way to build trust quickly.

📱 Designed for All Screens

The mobile experience was redesigned from scratch — not just adapted. Content reflows gracefully, spacing is generous, and buttons are tap-friendly. The entire experience feels native on mobile, which is critical for today’s users.

⚡ Built in Framer – Why It Mattered

Framer allowed for a fully responsive, performant site with lightning-fast transitions and a seamless editing experience for the client. No dev handoff. Just real-time collaboration and rapid iteration.

🎉 The Result

Delphyr now has a digital presence that reflects who they are — forward-thinking, sharp, and ready to lead. Engagement metrics improved, bounce rates dropped, and the team finally has a site they’re proud to share with investors, partners, and clients.
