AI-Powered Web Experience Helped an Agritech Startup Win Global Partners

Planting the Seeds of a Climate-Native Vision

Agrails is not your typical startup. Founded by Kenyan entrepreneurs, it set out with an ambitious mission: to build the operating system for a climate-native world. Leveraging AI, Agrails empowers finance leaders, insurers, and bankers to make smarter, faster, and safer investment decisions in agriculture.
For farmers, this means visibility and access to capital. For investors, it means reduced risk and instant payouts. Agrails positions itself at the intersection of finance, technology, and sustainability, unlocking opportunities for over 500K farmers globally.
However, their challenge was clear: while their technology was bold and innovative, their online presence did not convey the same clarity or confidence.

A Startup with Big Ideas, But a Weak Digital Identity

When Agrails was preparing to step into investor conversations, its existing web presence was off. It lacked identity, clarity, and storytelling power. For a product as transformative as theirs, this was a major gap.
That’s when Geneza Brands brought me into the project to handle the web design. Together, we set out to translate Agrails’s complex, future-focused mission into a simple, trustworthy, and conversion-driven website.

Designing for Clarity, Trust, and Action

Working in collaboration with Geneza Brands and the Agrails founding team, I focused on one clear goal: create a website that inspires confidence instantly and drives one key action—book a demo.
Narrative-driven homepage : Agrails’s bold positioning was placed front and center, supported by a strong “Book a Demo” CTA.
Product storytelling: Clear explanation of how Agrails’s AI workflows differ from traditional finance processes.
Dedicated solutions & technology pages: Breaking down the product’s complexity into digestible, investor-friendly content.
Clean, scalable design: Designed in Figma, built in Framer, reflecting Agrails’s forward-looking brand identity.

The Outcome Converts into Partnerships

Agrails secured partnerships with global leaders like Google and Microsoft.
The website gave bankers, insurers, and investors the clarity they needed to back Agrails.
Farmers gained visibility through new investment opportunities, powered by Agrails’s AI-driven platform.
For Agrails, this wasn’t just a redesign; it became their digital growth engine. And for me, it was proof that collaboration with Geneza Brands allowed us to deliver a web experience that truly matched Agrails’s ambition.

What I Learned From Agrails

This project showed me a cool lesson that simplicity converts.
