UI/UX Design: Human-Centered, Intuitive Digital Experiences

A hero design for a fictitious travel company. I loved the image that Midjourney generated. I did some work to get it framed how I wanted and thought it would make an awesome hero image.

Jam CPA+, a CPA in Pennsylvania, was previously using some other proprietary software to manage their clients. It was not quite meeting their needs, so I was hired by the agency running the development side of the project to design the user interface and define the user experience.

Clients are able to simply upload all of their tax-related documents and share them with the CPA firm.

The brand-new application allows clients to easily swap between profiles for both personal tax returns as well as business filings.

A platform that connects home builders with home owners to improve the home building process.

I transformed the user experience by crafting a sleek, modern interface tailored to users' needs. By redesigning workflows, I simplified complex tasks, making the platform intuitive, efficient, and enjoyable to use—ultimately boosting productivity and user satisfaction.
