General Counsel

I was General Counsel for Applied Medical Technology, a medium sized medical device manufacturer. In this role I oversaw the legal department negotiating key contracts including sales and international distribution agreements in a highly regulated industry. I was also key in intellectual property strategy advisement for the company.
