What was important was to understand or pick out significant learnings from the podcast and shorten it into a video form that would stand out to the audience and attract them back to the podcast itself.

This was one of my favorite social accounts to manage because I learned a lot from the people I worked with, in a new and emerging industry - which meant we could experiment to see what worked and what didn't for their target audience! It was a lot of fun, we did a lot of market research, and analyzed many of our past posts to see what would continue to work and what wouldn't.
