🎯 Scope & Goal

Fixel provided a set of static motion design concepts for Pomerium’s new website. These included frame-by-frame transitions and UI-focused microinteractions built in Figma.

My task was to translate these concepts into clean, web-ready vector animations using Rive, with an emphasis on:

preserving timing and visual dynamics

optimizing performance for integration

🛠 Process

Analyzed original Figma frames to understand easing, duration, and layering

Rebuilt icon states and transitions directly in Rive using keyframe animation

Added subtle details like scale bounce, rotation, and glow pulses to match brand tone

Ensured animations were loop-ready and lightweight, fully exportable to .riv and .rev for web use

Delivered the final assets with naming conventions and state machine triggers for developers

✅ Outcome

All animations were successfully integrated into the Pomerium website. The motion added an extra layer of interactivity and premium feel to the UI, while keeping load times minimal.
