Icas is a travelling agency that provides all sorts of immigration services to their client. There services ranges from Study Visa application, Tourism visa application and Visitation visa application and so. They have processed over 400 visa application for their customers.

Here was how i approached this project:

Client Discovery call: I had a one on one meeting with the client to understand the needs of the project. This was where the client shed some light and showed me their previous website. The client was particular about some things e.g they wanted nothing too complicated, just something simple and easy for their users to understand.

Website UX audit: i did a through UX audit of their previous website to know where it was lacking and to understand the problems better, since we i didn't have enough time to User interviews with their user, Ux audit felt like the best research method to use and to save time and all. Content Writing: I provided content writing services to the client especially for the landing page of the website, other personalized services we had to make the client provide the contents for them.
