Title: Secured Bail and Represented Client in IPC Section 498A
Case Description:

My Role Included:

Appearing before the court and presenting mitigating factors and lack of direct evidence.
Coordinating with the police to ensure compliance and prevent misuse of arrest powers.
Assisting the client through mediation options during the trial to seek a clean compromise
Outcome:
The client was granted anticipatory bail within one week. The case later led to a mutual settlement during trial.
Skills Used:
Criminal Law Drafting
Bail Applications
Legal Representation
