Description:

I was engaged by a client based in Germany who was experiencing marital conflict with their spouse residing in India. The goal was to avoid expensive legal proceedings and reach an amicable understanding through structured online mediation.

Over a series of virtual sessions, I:

Created a safe and confidential environment for open dialogue

Identified core areas of disagreement: finances, child custody, and communication boundaries

Guided the parties toward mutual solutions while preserving emotional dignity

Outcome:

Both parties agreed on a written memorandum of understanding and avoided filing a contested divorce in either jurisdiction. The children’s welfare remained central to the resolution.
