The Challenge: The old system caused scheduling conflicts and poor user experience due to no live updates and difficult maintenance.

My Solution & Impact: • Engineered a new backend with Django REST Framework, PostgreSQL, and Redis, ensuring data integrity and speed. • Built a real-time core using WebSockets to eliminate double-bookings instantly. • Developed a fast frontend with React, TypeScript, and Vite for an intuitive admin and user experience. • Applied Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and a modular Feature-Sliced architecture for long-term scalability.
