During my tenure as a UX intern at CGI's ASDC (Asia Pacific Solutions Delivery Centre), I contributed to developing comprehensive guidelines for microinteractions on Progressive Web Applications (PWAs), ensuring consistent and delightful user experiences. This involved conducting research on industry best practices and user expectations, which were integrated into the creation of the microinteraction guidelines.

Additionally, I assisted in the redesign of an internal platform, ensuring alignment with user needs and business objectives by collaborating with cross-functional teams, gathering requirements, and incorporating feedback to deliver a seamless user experience.

Furthermore, I led the design and information architecture efforts for a pro bono mobile application, catering to the unique needs of the target audience. I effectively communicated design decisions and project progress to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with the project's philanthropic goals.
