Overview
ALTER is a SaaS + mobile-first e-commerce management platform that helps businesses streamline their online operations. From inventory tracking to order management and analytics, ALTER provides merchants with an all-in-one dashboard that’s lightweight, fast, and easy to use.
Our role was to design and develop the official website for ALTER — a digital presence that communicates its value, attracts new users, and reflects the product’s sleek, tech-forward identity.
Objective
The challenge was to create a conversion-focused website that:
Explains ALTER’s features and benefits clearly.
Aligns with modern SaaS visual trends (bold typography, clean layouts, smooth interactions).
Feels consistent across both desktop and mobile, given ALTER’s mobile-first approach.
Delivers a professional yet approachable brand tone.
Design Process
1. Research & Strategy
Studied the competitive landscape of e-commerce SaaS tools.
Identified recurring UX/UI patterns for SaaS marketing sites (hero headlines, feature breakdowns, testimonials, pricing).
Defined ALTER’s brand voice: bold, minimal, and future-focused.
2. Wireframing
Mapped out the website structure: Hero → Features → Mobile App Showcase → Testimonials → Pricing → Call-to-Action.
Focused on a narrative flow that takes the visitor from “What is ALTER?” to “Why should I sign up?”
3. Visual Design
Crafted a dark + vibrant color palette to represent innovation and trust.
Used bold, geometric typography for headlines, paired with softer body text for readability.
Designed custom illustrations + app mockups to showcase ALTER’s mobile-first nature.
4. Development
Implemented the site in Webflow for flexible CMS and scalability.
Ensured responsive breakpoints for flawless experience across devices.
Added subtle animations + microinteractions for a polished feel (hover effects, smooth scroll, staggered section reveals).
Optimized performance with lazy loading and clean structure for SEO.
Outcome
The final website positions ALTER as a modern, reliable, and user-friendly SaaS product. It highlights key features through concise copy, compelling visuals, and interactive elements — all tailored to drive user engagement and sign-ups.
By combining clean design systems with fluid development, we built ALTER’s online presence to not just inform but also inspire trust, making it easier for e-commerce businesses to see the value of adopting the platform.
