MedSupport

Medsupport, developed by Dhanvantari Pvt Ltd, is a React and Firebase-based solution developed for seamless medical tourism management. Crafted using Tailwind CSS and designed on Figma.

1. Authentication System:

Implemented a secure phone number-based authentication system to ensure a seamless and trustworthy user onboarding process.

2. E-commerce Integration:

Successfully integrated an efficient e-commerce system, allowing clients to access and purchase medical services within the platform.

3. Real-time Communication:

Leveraged Firebase for real-time communication features, enabling instant interactions between clients and medical professionals and admins

4. Support and Ticketing System:

Developed a sophisticated support and ticketing system using Firebase, providing clients with a dedicated channel for query resolution and issue reporting.

5. Notification and Payment System

Built an in-app notification engine using Firebase cloud functions. Payment system with Stripe is integrated with Firebase Cloud Functions with triggers on DB operations.

Admin Portal:

Engineered an admin portal with comprehensive tools for user management, operational oversight, booking management, real time communication with clients, document management for VISA processing. This is a severless implementation.

Client Portal:

Designed an intuitive and user friendly client portal, emphasizing usability and ease of operation keeping in the mind the user profile and general age group of the target audience.
