One of the projects I've completed for QStory that I'm most proud of is their
'Agent Flex' campaign. Ahead of the launch of their new product, Agent Flex, the team were looking to create a fun campaign that would appeal to both contact centre agents and planning teams.
I collaborated with the QStory team in person, acting as an extension of their marketing team. Together, we came up with three key themes for the campaign: Work/Life Balance, Flexibility, and Colloquialisms such as "Flexing is the new Friday".
From there, I came up with catchy straplines, supporting copy, and press release content. Following the campaign launch, the QStory team said it's been one of their strongest campaigns, and has set an excellent framework for future campaigns.
