I developed an automated student data segmentation system using n8n with Airtable serving as the central database for student records and classification. The workflow was designed to automatically organize and categorize students from a general database into different academic groups based on their level and status.

The system identifies and separates students into categories such as Freshers, Finalists, and Staylites using automated logic and workflow conditions. It streamlines student data management by reducing manual sorting, improving record accuracy, and enabling faster access to organized student information for administrative and academic purposes.

The automation workflow handles student data processing, filtering, database updates, and category assignment in real time, making it easier to manage large volumes of student records efficiently.
