Centralized Component Library: Built a shared library of reusable Webflow components, ensuring consistency across different projects and workspaces.
Multi-Project Collaboration: Implemented guidelines and workflows so each team could adapt components without causing conflicts.
API-Driven Pages: Developed pages pulling content from an external store database via Webflow’s CMS API, allowing real-time data updates.

A robust, scalable setup across numerous training-focused sites, enabling various teams to launch new initiatives with minimal friction while preserving brand fidelity.
