Configured an A/B testing environment to compare a newly developed site against the legacy version, gathering performance insights in real time.
Key Contributions
Two-Domain Setup: Established separate domains for the old and new sites, splitting user traffic to produce reliable test metrics.
Metric & Goal Definition: Integrated tracking scripts to measure critical KPIs (e.g., sign-ups, bounce rate), enabling precise data analysis.
Backend & Session Management: Ensured user session continuity and data consistency across both site versions.
