Vantage Real Estate needed more than a listings site — they wanted an intelligence platform that surfaces the right properties to the right buyers automatically. I designed and built the full-stack web application end to end: the React and Next.js front end, the Node.js and TypeScript back end, and the AI recommendation layer that powers it.

The client had plenty of listings data but no way to turn it into personalised recommendations. Buyers had to manually filter inventory, and the team had no system to match property attributes to buyer intent. They needed a fast, modern web app that paired a polished UI with a smart recommendation engine — delivered quickly, without a large in-house engineering team.
