I engineered a fully autonomous "raw-to-retail" pipeline that takes rough client photos and automatically generates SEO-optimized product listings and high-fidelity visual assets, publishing directly to Shopify without human input.

SuitsMeUK faced a bottleneck common in fashion e-commerce: high inventory turnover vs. slow manual data entry. They had folders of raw images on Google Drive but lacked the manpower to manually write hundreds of descriptions and edit thousands of photos for the web.

I built a custom Python-based automation agent that acts as a 24/7 digital merchandiser.

Visual Intelligence: The system monitors Google Drive. When raw images are uploaded, it uploads them to google nano banana via api to "see" the garment, identifying fabric type, color palettes, and stylistic patterns.

Generative Imaging: Instead of just using raw photos, the pipeline utilizes generative AI to process the images and creating website-ready product photography (enhancing quality, adjusting backgrounds, and generating variations).

SEO: Based on the visual analysis, the system writes persuasive, on-brand product titles, descriptions, and meta-tags optimized for search intent.

Instant Deployment: The final text and generated images are packaged and pushed to the Shopify store via API, ready for sale instantly.
