We discovered that primary and secondary administration (teaching and

non-teaching staff ) of schools, were experiencing a poor user experience,

with existing school management systems available by doing user interviews

to discover their pain points. And more often than not, there were a lot of

redundant processes and communication gaps that extended towards the

parents of their students.
