As their portfolio expanded across high-profile projects, they needed a brand that could match their creative ambition and stand out in a competitive, fast-moving industry.
The Challenge
Despite their growing portfolio and industry credibility, Luminary Studios had no established brand identity. Without a consistent visual system, their presence varied dramatically from one touchpoint to another — from pitch decks to marketing materials — making it harder to build recognition or communicate their creative and technical edge.
The Approach
As the sole designer, my goal was to build their brand identity from the ground up. I set out to create a system that captured their dynamism, forward-thinking approach, and distinctiveness in a crowded market.
The final logo centers on motion, luminosity, and connectivity — with an intertwined ‘L’ and ‘S’ symbolizing unity and cohesion. Intricate patterns and sleek shapes convey the multifaceted nature of their craft, while a refined palette of greys on light backgrounds enhances luminance and cinematic allure.
The result was a scalable, flexible visual system that works across digital, print, motion, and event branding — giving Luminary Studios a strong, memorable presence in every context.
