For an organization serving autistic and neurodivergent people, motion and sensory load are accessibility concerns rather than styling choices. This concept is deliberately expressive — a drifting photo band, scroll-triggered reveals — and I would treat that as a proposal to react to, not a finished answer. A real build would respect reduced-motion preferences so the site goes still for anyone whose device asks for it, and motion, contrast and density would be tuned with the team and, ideally, with program participants.
