Manage 20 member sales reps team, located in 8 provinces
• A demonstrated unwavering commitment to customer service by maintaining a premium level of customer service via phone (inbound and outbound), email and chat
• Prepared and submitted proposals to Home Depot, Lowes and Walmart for online listing
• Manage all online orders received through Home Depot, Lowes and Walmart
• Planning meetings and trade shows (conception and implementation)
• Provide weekly sales and call reports to sales manager.
• Manage company website (responsible for all website update and maintenance)
• Provide sales support to sales reps and territory sales managers
• Handle customers product orders, key them in and ensure shipping is done on time.
