• Designed, setup and maintained Salesforce standard objects, custom objects and junction objects, while also structuring user roles, security profiles and workflow rules

• Designed a Billing System Application to Automate Daily Transactions for a Telecommunication client

• Implemented Pick lists, Dependent Pick list, Junction objects and Master detail relationships

• Developed automation processes to dynamically transmit and store client data from an external system into the Salesforce platform. This included: Mass Transfer of large Legacy Data into the Salesforce Org using in-built Salesforce tools such as Data Import wizard.

• Created Custom Dashboards and Dynamic Reports for the Client including Managing Apps, Roles, Profiles and Control Users Visibility within the Salesforce Application.

• Designed, developed and deployed formulas, complex models, Process Builder and Validations to create and segment email campaign management systems for Leads and Existing Customer based.
