New Me Health is a physician-led lifestyle medicine clinic in San Antonio, TX, helping patients reverse type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure and other metabolic conditions.
They had the proof: patient transformations, lab improvements and a clear method. What they didn't have was a website that made visitors believe it and take the next step.

The strategy behind it
I mapped the business to a six-stage customer journey, from discovery to the high-ticket program. Every section moves a visitor one step forward: Learn → Trust → Choose a path → Book.
The result
One Kajabi site now runs the clinic's content, courses, book and consultations, with real patient proof at the centre and no extra tools to pay for.
