Product Reformulation

The project goal was to reformulate a line of 6 cosmetic products within the 12 months timeframe and considering the US and EU regulations. The project was delivered on time largely due to my coordination efforts as each week multiple samples needed to be delivered, reviews completed, testing initiated and results shared with everyone on the team.
