Market Research & Data Review: I began by conducting an in-depth analysis of Apple’s market position, examining current trends, consumer behavior, and competitive dynamics

Identifying Key Issues: Through careful analysis, I pinpointed critical business challenges Apple was facing, including potential gaps in their customer engagement strategies and opportunities for expanding into new markets.

Strategic Proposal Development: Based on the findings, I developed a strategic proposal that included actionable recommendations aimed at improving Apple’s market positioning. This proposal covered areas such as product innovation, targeted marketing strategies, and implementing Artificial Intelligence.

Presentation of Findings: I delivered a clear, well-structured report and that outlined the case analysis, proposed solutions, and the potential impact on Apple’s long-term growth and brand value.
