My client, an educational publisher whose textbooks you read in high school, needed to hire a new cast of characters -- the devs who they needed to build the next-gen educational content that's appearing in schools.
But this was a new audience for them. I worked with them to understand who to target and how to position themselves. We interviewed young, talented software engineers across the country to understand what mattered to them, then built an employer value proposition, talent profiles, strategic messaging, and a creative campaign to attract those recruits.
