ACI Europe

ACI Europe is the European branch of Airport Council International, an organization that represents commercial airport interests.

The initial objective was to bring the reports to a unified look: create a reusable template equipped with a grid system, typographic styles, and infographic presets. Effective data visualization was a significant feature of the scope: in addition to turning data sets into various infographics I also used Geographic Information System (GIS) to create maps.

Throughout several years of partnership I have designed annual editions of various reports produced by the organization. Among them were:

• Digital Report — analysis of social media presence, wi-fi availability, and mobile network coverage in European airports;

• Economics Report — financial performance of individual airports, and the industry in general;

• Connectivity Report — assessment of available destinations, annual number of passengers, changes in international traffic patterns;

• Aviation Noise Report — survey of health and quality of life issues associated with airport activity.
